Do these plans have a certain amount of dedicated hours per month?
Yes, all plans come with a dedicated support time. Dedicated support for your WordPress website includes software updates, security and performance scans, and in the case of the premium plan and elite plan, they also include a detailed monthly report send to your email.
With your dedicated support time you can make requests regarding majority of your needs, including and not limited to performance improvements, content updates, design updates, etc. You can even use your support time for a consulting call.
Content update requests and small design improvements are the most common requests, however anything that can fit into your monthly support time is free game. We just ask you to be aware that requests for new features to your website will likely result in a formal quote as those commonly go over the monthly dedicated time.
Does the monthly time rollover?
No. The monthly-allocated time is there for you every month to reserve your place in our queue and resources; therefore it does not rollover for any plan. You can ensure that your requests, within your allocated time (depending on your plan), will be addressed by our team with immediate attention.
What happens if my website goes down, breaks, is hacked, etc.?
The whole purpose of our website maintenance plans is to prevent significant consequences of malicious actions against your website and also to perform website optimisations. We can not promise your website will not be hacked, but if something wrong happens to your website, we have a risk management plan in place that guarantee the restoration of your website using the latest backup available for your site.
What if I need more hours?
If you have a task that requires more than your dedicated monthly time, we will submit a quote for you to approve which is going to be based on the characteristics of the project rather than on a per hour basis.
Can I cancel my plan at anytime?
Absolutely! We are all about the experience and we are committed to provide you a valuable experience with our services. If you no longer require our website maintenance care plans, we would hate to see you go, but we know financial needs weigh on many decisions and we do not want to lock anyone in. You can request your cancellation via email to [email protected] and we will immediately stop the next payment.
My website is not build with Cool Webing, can I still be on a client plan?
Although these plans are for sites we build or re-design, we welcome clients who are looking for a long-term relationship with a dedicated Webmaster.
We first need to do a website evaluation to become familiar with the website, how it was built and any potential issues that can arise. With the evaluation we will perform all the “Website Updates and Monitoring” tasks and make a full backup. Most importantly we will make a list of issues to fix and suggestions for improvement needed in order to proceed with the website on a monthly plan. Based on your type of website, this Website Evaluation is a fixed 4-hour fee, AU$120 per hour.
